Jen's The Thief Lord DED

"This tine he had refrained from wearing any fake whiskers at all. On his nose sat a thick pair of glasses with plain lenses that made him look slightly dim-witted and completely harmless. He looked down at him-self and felt very satisfied. Perfect, he thought, the perfect look:Victor the tourist. A baseball cap and a big camera hanging in front of this chest-this was one of this favorite disguises."
P.71 Par.1

I loved the imagery throughout this book! You can just picture these character's down to the T. I can just imagine Victor sitting there so goofy looking, with his big glasses trying to fit in; being so pleased with him self. In many of the passages Funke has a great way of describing things and this is just one of those passages.
